A born-and-raised Ohioan and professional communicator, Lauren B. Worley has led change-making initiatives at local, regional and global organizations, accomplishing results that have reshaped public policy and uplifted communities.
At Cincinnati Public Schools, she led communications initiatives to address the crisis of childhood bullying and led the deployment of the district’s three-year strategic plan. These efforts increased positive public sentiment, measured by significant levy results.
She led the creation of Procter & Gamble's Global Newsroom. As a Global Brand Communications Director, she delivered significant business results for the Tampax brand.
As Chief of Staff to Ohio Lt. Governor Lee Fisher, Lauren led efforts to pass the Ohio Motion Picture Tax Credit to greenlight hundreds of film and TV projects. She helped pass the Historic Preservation Tax Credit and Land Bank laws. Lauren led passage of key aspects of the Strickland/Fisher Administration Advanced Energy Policy, including getting $1 billion for advanced energy projects. These policies have driven investments in rural and urban communities across Ohio.
